Franchisees at SureCare Hillingdon share their “Good” CQC inspection results

With all of SureCare’s personal care services regulated by the Care Quality Commission, each of our franchise operators is routinely inspected on a frequent basis. This ensures that all of our local providers maintain consistency in their care and customer service standards across the country.

Operators at the Hillingdon branch completed their CQC registration in February 2017 with their initial inspection taking place in April 2018. The branch changed hands 9 months ago and has since undergone another recent inspection under new Director, Dipti Patel.

The team at SureCare Hillingdon have been building a strong reputation in the community over the years. Now staff at the branch have been able to show how operations there run smoothly, effectively and in a caring manner that puts service users first. The overall outcome of this latest inspection has been a “Good” rating in all areas of inspection: safety, effectiveness, care, responsiveness and leadership.

A large part of this great result comes from the dedication and hard work of Registered Manager Maria Benaim who joined SureCare Hillingdon in September 2018. Maria Benaim, who is responsible for making sure that processes run effectively from day to day. Ensuring we achieve the best possible outcome for our service users.
Maria assisted the CQC inspector during the inspection and was able to provide additional information about SureCare Hillingdon where necessary. Maria demonstrated her daily activities, which include managing the team leader and care workers, keeping track of recruitment and training processes, and ensuring all clients get the best level of service possible.
