SureCare Leicester completes registration with the CQC

SureCare Leicester is delighted to confirm that the business can now provide new care services thanks to gaining formal registration with the Care Quality Commission.

As one of SureCare’s most recently established branches across the country, SureCare Leicester has been able to offer home services like cleaning and carrying out difficult tasks for people in the area up until now.

With CQC registration confirmed, their range of services can now expand to cover various aspects of social care, including domiciliary care for the elderly, those with disabilities and even young children. What’s more, service users are able to receive bespoke care packages from the comfort of their own homes.

Registered Care Manager, Jyoti Kotecha, will be working hard to ensure that a high level of quality is delivered by SureCare Leicester’s care workers across all services. On top of that it’s important for Jyoti to oversee operations around the office as well as out and about, to ensure that the business meets all compliance criteria every day.

A big part of their operations now will involve rigorous recruitment procedures to ensure that care workers joining the SureCare Leicester team are both personable and professional in their approach to home care. From interviews over the phone and in person, to written references and enhanced DBS checks, SureCare Leicester will ensure only the right candidates are selected to carry out these vital care services.

With comprehensive training given, new staff will be aware of company policies and procedures – including Health and Safety legislation – alongside practical aspects like food hygiene, medical awareness and first aid to make sure that vulnerable service users are always kept as happy and healthy as possible.

With new services now available in Leicester, residents in the city and the surrounding areas will be able to benefit from the exceptional level of personal care that SureCare has become well renowned for.
