SureCare’s ambitious growth plans for 2021

While countless business across various sectors face significant challenges in the post-pandemic world, the care industry is witnessing a huge rise in demand. Here at SureCare, we want to join forces with entrepreneurs to help expand vital care provisions across the country.

In recent years, demand for home care services has been consistently growing for a number of reasons. Not only does home care help to accommodate the care needs of an increasingly ageing population, it has also quickly established itself as a preferable alternative to receiving support in a retirement or residential care setting.

The recent coronavirus pandemic has further accelerated the need for domiciliary care services throughout the UK. Unlike many other businesses sadly suffering from the economic impacts of COVID-19, care providers like SureCare are bucking the trend and looking to further expand our reach to people in need.

Our plans to expand

SureCare has ambitious growth plans for 2021 and beyond. We presently provide a wide range of remote care services, carried out by dedicated care teams in over 50 local areas across the UK. These operations are managed and maintained by our network of hard-working franchisees.

Over the next 24 months, it is our aim to expand the SureCare network to 100 franchise operations. This will allow us to deliver essential care services to people in the comfort of their own homes. Of course, we can’t achieve this alone, so we’re reaching out to entrepreneurs and budding business owners looking to make a new start with their own brand new venture.

Franchising with SureCare

It might feel like a strange time to consider starting a new business, but SureCare is able to offer franchise opportunities in an industry that’s been proven to resist the effects of a recession and a pandemic. For many people, plans to begin a new venture have been put on hold over the last year. Others may have found themselves looking for a new direction for their careers, even thinking about becoming their own boss.

Whatever your circumstances, if you’re interested in managing your own business and supporting people in your local community, SureCare is ready and raring to help you. By franchising, you can have the opportunity to start up and manage your own business whilst also relying on the support and backing of a recognised and trusted national brand.

SureCare’s Franchise Recruitment Manager, Josh Farrer, states: “For almost 30 years, SureCare has been one of the UK’s leading home care providers. Thanks to the strength of our brand, our franchise support team and effective business development, franchisees can be sure they’re making a sensible investment in an ever-growing industry.”

Testimonials

"I don’t come from a care background, but became interested in running a business in this sector after caring for my grandfather. I saw how difficult it is for older people to continue to live on their own without day-to-day support. I like the ethos of SureCare, which is all about providing clients with the highest possible quality of care. It allows me to run my own successful business while also giving back to the community."

Amrit Dhaliwal, Oxfordshire

"I started off as a carer and then worked as a manager in the office of a care franchise, so I chose a franchise when I decided to start my own business. Care is heavily regulated and when I started the regulations were in flux, so I wanted the support of a franchisor. I’ve now got about 100 service users and have built up a team of 40 staff. I need much less franchisor support now, but it’s always there if needed and I talk regularly with other franchisees. We swap tips, advice and ideas so the franchise comes with a useful network."
