SureCare sees exceptional growth for another year running

As SureCare celebrates 24 years in business, we’re thrilled to report on another successive year of remarkable progress in both our Chester-based headquarters and our nationwide franchise network.

Over the last year, we’ve seen a lot of positive momentum in various aspects of our business. This includes welcoming 12 new operators to the group, expanding our head office team and putting significant investment into developing our state-of-the-art training facilities.

The unprecedented level of growth we’ve experienced at home and throughout the network has helped everybody to strengthen SureCare’s brand and reputation for all of our service users across the country.

New operators on board

Our new operators include those who’ve become established in areas such as York, Wolverhampton and Newcastle & North Tyneside. On top of that, with branches setting up in more Boroughs of London, we’re proud to extend our reach to a wide range of people in different communities who require quality care services.

By bringing so many new franchisees on board, SureCare is making substantial progress in fulfilling its ambitions to be the most well established multi-revenue stream care franchisor in the UK. We’re also looking forward to seeing what’s in store for additional franchisees joining us in the future, supporting service users and becoming part of a steadily growing company.

Further expansion at home

It’s not just our network of operators that’s considerably grown. Back at our head office in Chester, there’s been a notable increase in our management team and improvement of our training facilities. We firmly believe this will provide a significant boost to both new and existing franchisees, allowing them to get the most out of SureCare’s support.

Franchise Recruitment Manager, Josh Farrer, commented on the expansion by saying: “Our head office and operations team has almost doubled in two years, giving us the ability to better support our franchisees in growing high-revenue and high-quality service driven businesses.”
