SureCare is committed to bringing exceptional home care services to the right people throughout the UK. Today we’re pleased to announce the latest operator to join our ever-growing network, who will serve the community across Halifax & Huddersfield.

Leading the way at SureCare Halifax & Huddersfield will be new franchise owner, Parjeet Dua. She is currently on track to open the doors to her new franchise in just a few weeks time, following on from her week-long induction course at SureCare’s Head Offices in Chester.

With her new service offering just around the corner, Parjeet is aiming to become the top provider of home care within the area. She will do this by recruiting a fantastic team, comprised of branch office staff and remote care workers who will spend their time visiting numerous service users in their own homes.

About Parjeet

Parjeet comes to SureCare from a background of working in hospitality and retail. Throughout her varied career, her skills in customer service and effective organisation have really shone through, putting her in excellent stead for running her own SureCare franchise.

She has also demonstrated a keen passion for helping others in our society, recognising the vital needs of those may struggle with typical everyday tasks. Under her considerate and compassionate leadership, SureCare Halifax & Huddersfield will help to transform the lives of people across West Yorkshire thanks to the dedication and professionalism of Parjeet and her team of social care workers.

Operation in Halifax & Huddersfield

One of the key benefits why Parjeet decided to join SureCare is the level of business support on offer – support that wouldn’t necessarily have been available if she had set up her own business from scratch. As one of the nation’s fastest growing home care franchisors, SureCare has a wealth of experience in helping new business owners to bring exceptional services to their local communities.

Support will come from SureCare’s head office team, alongside two Business Development Managers based in the field. Nicola Bews and Stuart Spinks will be on hand to assist Parjeet with various aspects of running a SureCare franchise. From registration with the Care Quality Commission and regular compliance to recruitment, sales and marketing, Nicola and Stuart can help SureCare Halifax & Huddersfield to become well established in the area.

Welcoming Parjeet to the SureCare family, Franchise Recruitment Manager Josh Farrer said: “The team and I are delighted to welcome Parjeet to the SureCare network. Her past careers within senior roles with hospitality and retail means Parjeet has a wealth of experience in building strong and passionate teams in order to deliver a quality customer service.”

“We’re very excited to see what the future holds for Parjeet and we cannot wait to launch her new business in just a couple of weeks time.”

"I have worked in Care Sector as a Senior Social Worker over 16 years and I am therefore fully aware that the compliance, quality assurance and legislative framework are very complex and time consuming. I chose a SureCare franchise to tackle time consuming issues so that I am able to concentrate on business development, relationship building, market growth and staff training. I now have more than 109 service users and, with the support of SureCare, our weekly hours have more than tripled in 18 months and we are looking to double them again by summer 2017."

Sami Haider, Southend

"I started off as a carer and then worked as a manager in the office of a care franchise, so I chose a franchise when I decided to start my own business. Care is heavily regulated and when I started the regulations were in flux, so I wanted the support of a franchisor. I’ve now got about 100 service users and have built up a team of 40 staff. I need much less franchisor support now, but it’s always there if needed and I talk regularly with other franchisees. We swap tips, advice and ideas so the franchise comes with a useful network."
