We’re excited to welcome two new franchise owners to the SureCare family. Following their one week induction course at our Chester head office, they’ll be bringing vital home care services to people in Batley & Wakefield.

Securing their exclusive territory within West Yorkshire, long-standing friends Wajjad Hussain and Sajjad Haider will lead the way for a team of care workers operating in Wakefield, Batley and the surrounding areas. Both gents come from backgrounds in delivering exceptional customer service, and their dedication to service users’ needs will be the key to their business’ success.

As more and more people across the country are turning toward receiving care at home, SureCare Batley & Wakefield will prove to be a vital lifeline for many in the area. Whether an older person in need of a helping hand, or somebody living with a disability requiring special assistance, this new SureCare team will strive to provide support right across the community.

Meet Wajjad and Sajjad

Both new franchisees are highly experienced and have achieved great successes in their respective careers through hard work and perseverance. Sajjad comes from a rewarding background in education, working within the tuition industry. He has also co-owned a highly reputable education centre in West Yorkshire alongside his sister, aiming to help people in the local community.

Wajjad has also experienced local triumphs in his ownership of a fully managed fitness centre in West Yorkshire, which boast more than 1,000 active members. Additionally, he has a strong background in digital marketing and this will be a crucial asset when advertising online and reaching out to new customers in the area.

Head office support

Just as with any of the franchisees in our network, Wajjad and Sajjad will receive the full support of our head office team as they progress their business. They’ll also benefit from regular interactions with two dedicated business development managers. These BDMs will be on hand to help with growth at SureCare Batley & Wakefield along with ensuring regulatory compliance with the CQC.

This week, both Wajjad and Sajjad have visited our head offices in Chester to attend a week-long induction course. Here we rigorously put them through their paces to bring them up to speed with the high quality standards that SureCare is renowned for up and down the country.

SureCare’s franchise recruitment manager, Josh Farrer, welcomes the new operators saying: “The team and I are delighted to welcome Sajjad and Wajjad to the SureCare family. I have spent a lot of time with them both recently and I knew from our initial meeting that they would be a perfect fit for our brand.”

“Both are already successful in their own right, but they made it clear to me at the beginning that they were keen to take on a new challenge within the care industry. Everyone at SureCare HQ will provide them with exceptional training and ongoing support to not only help them establish their new business but to ensure the continued growth and success in the future.”

"I started off as a carer and then worked as a manager in the office of a care franchise, so I chose a franchise when I decided to start my own business. Care is heavily regulated and when I started the regulations were in flux, so I wanted the support of a franchisor. I’ve now got about 100 service users and have built up a team of 40 staff. I need much less franchisor support now, but it’s always there if needed and I talk regularly with other franchisees. We swap tips, advice and ideas so the franchise comes with a useful network."

"I have worked in Care Sector as a Senior Social Worker over 16 years and I am therefore fully aware that the compliance, quality assurance and legislative framework are very complex and time consuming. I chose a SureCare franchise to tackle time consuming issues so that I am able to concentrate on business development, relationship building, market growth and staff training. I now have more than 109 service users and, with the support of SureCare, our weekly hours have more than tripled in 18 months and we are looking to double them again by summer 2017."
