Looking ahead to a prosperous 2021 with SureCare Franchising

2020 has been a strange and eventful year for everybody and the same goes for all of us at SureCare Franchising. Here we take a quick look back at how we’ve changed and how we can ensure a happy, healthy and prosperous 2021.

As the New Year approaches, it’s normally the time to reflect on the last year to take stock of everything that’s happened. For many people, however, 2020 will be a year that most will want to forget. The world has faced significant challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic and our collective responses to it.

One of the key areas of concern has centred on social care services. It’s been a particularly demanding time for care workers up and down the country, to ensure that essential services continue in a safe and Covid-secure manner.

We’re so proud of our franchise operators and their care teams who have risen to the almighty challenge this year. They’ve shown dedication and determination to assist their service users through thick and thin, and we would like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to each and every one of them.

We’ll continue to be on hand to support our franchisees across the country over this festive period and into the New Year.

Changes at Head Office

Like so many businesses across the country, our franchising team have had to significantly adapt how we work in response to the various restrictions and advice over the last twelve months. We’ve been getting used to remote working and offering our support and training over the phone and via video calls.

The disruption to our process hasn’t got in the way of reaching out to new franchisees, however. We’re pleased to announce that 2020 saw us welcome several new franchise operators to our network, ready and raring to provide essential care services to people in their area.

As we were unable to meet with our new franchisees in person or invite them to our Head Office training facilities, a lot of our meetings and training sessions have taken place over video conferencing! At first, we were a little concerned about losing the warmth of our typical face-to-face meetings, but we quickly found that we could communicate efficiently and effectively despite the distance.

This year, we also expanded our franchising team by welcoming our new Franchise Onboarding Manager, Naz. He has settled into our team wonderfully and assisted many of our new franchise operators joining SureCare this year. Find out more about Naz from our blog here.
