Even at SureCare’s HQ in Chester, we’re no strangers to what it means to run a family business. Managing Director Gary Farrer has enlisted help closer to home in recent years. Now, son Josh fulfils the role of Franchise Sales Manager, helping to recruit new franchisees.

Other members of our senior head office team also form part of our close-knit family dynamic, having been with us for several years. This strong bond between team members helps us to ensure that all of our franchisees are well looked after in true SureCare style, from the first point of contact to their ongoing daily operations.
