We are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Commercial Support Manager to lead, support, and grow with one of the UK’s leading home care franchisors, by empowering our franchise network and drive sustainable business success across the three regions as a Support/Cover Manager.

Role Purpose

The Regional Commercial Support Manager is responsible for covering any of the three regions and supporting franchise partners to develop and grow regulated and unregulated private services, including private pay hourly care, live-in care and unregulated home services. The role exists to accelerate revenue growth, market share and commercial maturity while remaining aligned with operational and compliance capacity.

The role works closely with the other Regional Commercial Managers and Regional Quality Assurance Managers to ensure growth is compliant and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities

Private & Commercial Growth (Primary Accountability)

  • Drive growth across regulated private pay care services, live-in care services and unregulated home support services.
  • Support franchise partners with pricing strategy, conversion rates and local sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Enable the launch and scaling of new commercial service lines.
  • Support the commercial launch and continued support plan of new franchisees.

Business Development Enablement

  • Coach franchise partners on sales discipline and pipeline management.
  • Support development of local partnerships and referral relationships.
  • Intervene in underperforming territories with targeted commercial support.

Commercial Performance Management

  • Monitor revenue growth, gross margin and client acquisition and retention.
  • Identify commercial risk early and implement corrective actions.

Cross-Team Collaboration (Mandatory)

  • Work closely with the other Regional Commercial Managers and Regional Quality Assurance Managers.
  • Align commercial growth plans with workforce capacity and compliance readiness.

Key Performance Measures

  • Private revenue growth (regulated and unregulated).
  • Live-in care placements and revenue.
  • Margin protection and commercial sustainability.
  • Reduction in underperforming territories.
  • Evidence of effective cross-team collaboration.

Required Criteria

  • Strong capability in managing and influencing key stakeholders
  • Proven track record in driving sustainable growth and improving profitability
  • Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and advising business owners
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective business and financial plans

Experience

This role would suit an individual with a background that may include:

  • Social care or comparable service-led environments
  • Franchise operations, either at franchisee or franchisor level
  • Regional commercial leadership or business development roles
  • Sales advisory or consultative selling environments

You’ll bring strong commercial judgement, financial literacy, and the ability to influence, plan and prioritise effectively.
