Welcoming new franchisees to SureCare Hounslow & Ealing

As SureCare continues to expand across the country, we’re delighted to welcome two new franchisees to our network. These business partners will manage operations for the territory of Hounslow & Ealing, extending our home care offerings to a new area of London.

The duo leading the way at SureCare Hounslow & Ealing are Ralston and Sandeep, better known as Sunny. Together, they will head up a team of care workers and co-ordinators to deliver quality care services and assist people throughout the local community.

Ralston and Sunny have recently completed their Franchise Induction course with us. Over the coming weeks, they’ll be getting their operations up and running with the support of SureCare’s Franchise Onboarding Manager, Naz Sen. The Hounslow & Ealing managers will also receive ongoing specialised assistance from various members of our head office team.

About Ralston and Sunny

Both Ralston and Sunny come from a background working in the finance industry. Ralston has a wealth of experience working in Finance, social services and commissioning. As a financial controller, he has become extremely proficient when it comes to crunching the numbers to keep business running smoothly.

Sunny’s background in finance stems from achieving a First Class Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Birmingham. He began work for the local authority in Hounslow, which has since given both him and Ralston extensive knowledge of the borough and the people who live there.

With over 10 years of experience in the finance sector between them, alongside management experience and qualifications in project management, together they’re a perfect fit for operating their own business. We’re thrilled to have them on board and look forward to their future successes as SureCare franchisees.

Support from SureCare

As they progress, Ralston and Sunny will be supported by members of our franchising team. To begin with, Naz Sen is assisting them in obtaining their CQC registration. This is an integral part of the process as it allows SureCare Hounslow & Ealing to deliver personal care services to the right people at the right time.

Once their registration with the national regulator is complete, the duo will receive business support from two of SureCare’s leading figures: Imran Sabir and Jurgita Baublyte. Imran will focus primarily on business development and recruitment of care staff, whilst Jurgita will provide vital support with compliance and legal obligations.

Our head office team in Chester will also be available to provide remote support any time they guys need. Whether they have a simple question that needs answered or they need to request a bit of guidance and training, we’re always on hand to provide Ralston and Sunny with the assistance they’re after.
