As SureCare’s services continue to expand across the country at a phenomenal rate, we’re delighted to announce the arrival of two more new operators joining our network.

Our latest franchisees will bring our special brand of quality care services to new territories in order to reach more and more people. These new operators have undergone their week-long induction course at our state-of-the-art training facilities at SureCare’s head office in Chester, and will go on to establish their own new teams.

From local care workers to administrative staff, these new teams will strive to provide aid to those requiring specialist care across all walks of life. SureCare doesn’t just help those in later life with domiciliary care, but also offers a range of care packages for people of all ages and abilities. We’re proud to be able to support so many local communities with the help of our new franchisees.

New additions to the SureCare network

SureCare’s newest franchisees have been setting up their local office bases and recently completed training with us. From here, we’ll be helping them to spread the word about the specialist care packages they can offer to people in their specific territories of London.

Operating SureCare Fulham & Chelsea is Raida Mohammed, while across the river, Zah Zephirin takes the lead for SureCare Southwark. Neither of these operators comes from a care background specifically, but bring with them the passion and drive to help make a significant difference in people’s lives. This is supported by a wealth of commercial business experience to ensure they run a tight ship and continue to deliver high quality services.

Alongside the help of SureCare’s head office support team, their own Business Development Managers and the wider SureCare network, Raida and Zah will be able to lead the way for teams of specialist care workers to help a wide variety of people in their boroughs.

Support from SureCare’s Franchise team

SureCare has several dedicated Business Development Managers, working with our franchisees to assist them in growing their business, as well as providing support for a range of aspects including staff training, finance advice and marketing materials.

Both Raida and Zah will receive regular help from two key members of our operations team. Firstly, Jurgita Baublyte will be on hand to help with policies, procedures, monitoring service quality and maintaining strong compliance with Care Quality Commission regulations.

Additionally, Peter Craven will be able to support these franchisees with sales and marketing help, care worker recruitment and client retention to keep the wheels turning for SureCare Fulham & Chelsea and SureCare Southwark.

Each one of our franchisees – both long-standing and new – receives regular support from the core franchising and management team, based in our Chester head office. Our lines of communication are open at virtually any time, so that we can maintain a flexible level of assistance whenever and wherever it’s needed.

Franchising in the future

As highlighted by our new franchisees’ backgrounds, it’s not essential to have previous experience in the care sector to join the SureCare network. Our business development managers and members of our franchising team all carry a wealth of knowledge and expertise, which can be shared with our new operators during initial training and beyond.

When it comes to recruiting new franchisees, the most valuable qualities we look for are the drive, determination, passion and commitment to providing an excellent service for those who most need it. Through these ethics and traits, we can be confident in relying on our operators to make significant progress in their business on the road to great success.

Josh Farrer, SureCare’s Franchise Recruitment Manager commented on the continuing growth of the SureCare network, saying:

“Our franchise model is unrivalled within the care industry. The support and training on offer to each of our franchisees allows businesses to establish themselves quickly and grow into substantial operations providing thousands of hours of good quality care in people’s homes every day. This is why people are choosing SureCare.”

"I don’t come from a care background, but became interested in running a business in this sector after caring for my grandfather. I saw how difficult it is for older people to continue to live on their own without day-to-day support. I like the ethos of SureCare, which is all about providing clients with the highest possible quality of care. It allows me to run my own successful business while also giving back to the community."

Amrit Dhaliwal, Oxfordshire

"We chose a franchise because it gives support on time-consuming issues such as policy, procedures and legislation, so it left us free to provide care. When we started out eight years ago, we were the sole carers, as well as looking after the marketing the business. Today we have 60 staff providing care for more than 100 children and older people."
