We’ll have a pre-qualifying chat to find out more about you and make arrangements to meet with you for a kick-off meeting.

Once we have a date in the diary, we look forward to meeting with you. It’s in this first meeting that we can discuss what you hope to get from your SureCare franchise and why you’d be a great fit for our network. This is also where your enthusiasm shines through and we begin to build a lasting relationship with you.

This is also a great opportunity for you to meet with our head office team, so you can ask any questions or raise any queries you have about the franchising process and long-term goals. We firmly believe in maintaining close contact with those in our network, with the foundations laid in our face-to-face meetings.

Following our initial meetings, we’ll block out some time for a ‘discovery session’ – the first big step to turning your thoughts and ideas into a reality. This is where we can begin to put plans into progress and get a better idea of what can be achieved in your chosen territory.

Our franchising team can offer you insider knowledge of the care industry, as well as advise on business development and potential for growth. Ultimately, this results in us putting together a proposed plan of action for your new franchise.

With a basic plan in mind, we’ll invite you to meet with us once again to discuss where we go from here. As part of this discussion, we allow you to further explore the ins and outs of SureCare and our top team, so you can make sure you’d be happy with joining our network.

Likewise, we’ll review your suitability as a franchise owner and gather your feedback on your experience so far. That way we can get a clear idea of how well we expect to work with you in the long-term. Once we know all bases are covered and everyone’s happy, it’s time to get started!

After signing all the necessary paperwork and securing all the plans, it’s time for those plans to materialise in the real world. This includes establishing your base, getting settled into your own premises and setting up your local operations.

You won’t be doing this all on your own, however. From the get-go, you’ll be in touch with your dedicated Business Development Manager, who can guide you through the all the essentials and keep your plan on track.

You’ll receive specific training on the various aspects of operating a SureCare franchise, from finding new business to managing your client base. As part of the SureCare network, you’ll benefit from access to our franchising support team to make sure you and your local team are well equipped to manage the daily activities of your franchise.

Once training is complete, we don’t just leave you there to get on with it. As a supportive network, we’re always on hand to provide you and your team with additional or refresher training, as well as offer our expertise and industry knowledge. That way, we can always advise you on any future queries or concerns you may have.
