SureCare’s London presence expands further with new franchise

Change Text Size A A A

Over the last few years, SureCare has grown throughout the capital to bring exceptional home care services to people right across London. Our expansion continues further thanks to our latest franchisees operating in the territory of Tower Hamlets & Waltham Forest.

Bringing services to these East End boroughs, SureCare Tower Hamlets & Waltham Forest aims to enrich the lives of people in the comfort and security of their own homes. From providing company and assistance to older people, to helping those with disabilities or mobility issues, SureCare is proud to support these growing communities.

Leading the way at SureCare Tower Hamlets & Waltham Forest are franchise operators Hasin Ahmed and Shalufa Chowdury. These partners will work together to manage the regular tasks associated with running their own business, while their own team of care workers will support service users day-to-day.

Both franchisees come from management backgrounds, so they’ll feel right at home in running their own SureCare franchise and making it an incredible success. Whilst neither has worked in home care before, they’ll be able to rely on the knowledge and experiences of our Head Office team to tie in with their management expertise.

About Hasin and Shalufa

For the last decade, Hasin has been working as a self-employed chartered accountant. His extensive experience in this area is ideal for keeping a close eye on the books to ensure costs and revenues stay on track. Additionally, dealing with people on a daily basis has enabled him to build a professional and friendly demeanour, in order to communicate well with others, whatever their background.

Elsewhere, Shalufa is an experienced businessman owning and operating his own ventures in different areas. Alongside a successful property letting portfolio, he has managed his own car leasing company. Both of these businesses put him in situations where strong communication and people skills are vital – aspects that will translate across to his work at SureCare.

Joining SureCare

Both new franchisees are currently completing their induction training with us before moving on to their CQC registration process. They are being supported through this process by SureCare’s Franchise Operations Manager, Naz Sen. CQC registration will allow the partners to provide personal home care services across their territory, but in the meantime they can press ahead with a range of unregulated services like domestic cleaning and shopping.

Moving forward, Hasin and Shalufa will receive the assistance and backing of our experienced franchising team. In particular, they’ll have focused support on marketing, sales and staff recruitment from our very own Imran Sabir. Meanwhile, Jurgita Baublyte will be on hand to provide help with maintaining regulatory compliance, allowing the business to continue offering quality home care services for years to come.

Everyone is delighted to welcome Hasin and Shalufa to our nationwide network of care providers. In operating SureCare Tower Hamlets & Waltham Forest, they will be able to enrich the lives of people throughout their community as well as collaborate with other nearby franchisees to share knowledge and assist one another across London.

Testimonials

"We chose a franchise because it gives support on time-consuming issues such as policy, procedures and legislation, so it left us free to provide care. When we started out eight years ago, we were the sole carers, as well as looking after the marketing the business. Today we have 60 staff providing care for more than 100 children and older people."

Caron Oldreive & Cheryl Hawksworth, Doncaster

"I have worked in Care Sector as a Senior Social Worker over 16 years and I am therefore fully aware that the compliance, quality assurance and legislative framework are very complex and time consuming. I chose a SureCare franchise to tackle time consuming issues so that I am able to concentrate on business development, relationship building, market growth and staff training. I now have more than 109 service users and, with the support of SureCare, our weekly hours have more than tripled in 18 months and we are looking to double them again by summer 2017."
