Change Text Size A A A

Once again, SureCare is pleased to announce a new franchising partnership that will bring our range of care services to a new community. Our two latest franchisees are ready and raring to go with support for residents in Surrey.

Following our intensive induction course, our new franchisees will soon be able to provide helpful services exclusively throughout their territory of Mid Surrey. Brother and sister duo Sheikh Rahman and Glory Rahman-Turner will lead the way for a team of care workers and care co-ordinators enriching the lives of those in the community.

Coming from different career backgrounds, Sheikh and Glory will combine their skills and experience along with their lasting family bond. Sheikh is a chartered accountant and Glory has been working as a care assistant whilst completing a degree in health and social care. Together, they make the ideal dream team for managing their own business in home care provisions.

Joining SureCare

SureCare is proud to be one of the country’s most-recognised and trusted names in home care. For almost 30 years, we’ve been supporting people up and down the UK with our unique range of quality care services. Starting as a family business in 1994, family values are at the heart of everything we do and we’re delighted to welcome Sheikh and Glory to our growing network.

In starting their own new business, they will be responsible for bringing SureCare’s services to the people of Mid Surrey. With their initial induction and training now complete, Sheikh and Glory are now in the process of registration with the national regulator, the CQC.

In these early stages, they are looked after by SureCare’s Onboarding Manager, Naz Sen. Once CQC registration is complete, they’ll be supported by two other key members of the SureCare Franchising Team; Imran Sabir who will provide support for marketing, recruitment and staff retention, and Jurgita Baublyte who assists with maintaining compliance, policies and procedures.

With guidance from our franchising team, Sheikh and Glory will take the lead on the direction of their business. This allows them to reach out and support the community in a way that is flexible to them, whilst SureCare provides the framework and business model to carry out vital care services.

SureCare’s Franchise Recruitment Manager, Josh Farrer, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Sheikh and Glory to the SureCare Network. They have both demonstrated a strong desire to make a difference to their local communities by opening a home care business.

“In choosing to start a business in the home care sector, they have carried out a tremendous amount of due diligence, including speaking with other home care franchise brands. We are extremely pleased they selected SureCare as their partner of choice. We feel our sense of family values align very well and we’re excited to support Sheikh and Glory along their journey.”

If you’re looking to operate your own business in home care and want to discuss how SureCare can help you, simply get in touch on 01244 321 199 or email and let’s get the ball rolling on running your own SureCare franchise.

"I have worked in Care Sector as a Senior Social Worker over 16 years and I am therefore fully aware that the compliance, quality assurance and legislative framework are very complex and time consuming. I chose a SureCare franchise to tackle time consuming issues so that I am able to concentrate on business development, relationship building, market growth and staff training. I now have more than 109 service users and, with the support of SureCare, our weekly hours have more than tripled in 18 months and we are looking to double them again by summer 2017."

Sami Haider, Southend

"I started off as a carer and then worked as a manager in the office of a care franchise, so I chose a franchise when I decided to start my own business. Care is heavily regulated and when I started the regulations were in flux, so I wanted the support of a franchisor. I’ve now got about 100 service users and have built up a team of 40 staff. I need much less franchisor support now, but it’s always there if needed and I talk regularly with other franchisees. We swap tips, advice and ideas so the franchise comes with a useful network."
