At the heart of SureCare, our Head Office management team comprises of highly experienced individuals, bringing together their collective knowledge and expertise from different areas of business.

Above all else, our team is passionate about the care sector and well versed in the franchise industry; both of which are crucial to SureCare’s ongoing operation. However, with key members coming from a variety of different backgrounds, our business is led by a strong, all-round team that covers business development, sales and marketing, financial control, customer service and quality assurance from the likes of Ofsted and the CQC.

Meet Gary - SureCare Franchising

Heading up our team is Managing Director Gary Farrer, one of the UK’s most successful care industry entrepreneurs. Gary previously owned the integrated care provider Safehands Group which, together with his wife Stephanie, he built into a £5.5million turnover business before selling at the end of 2011. The part Gary enjoys most is rolling his sleeves up and working closely with franchisees to help them build the best possible businesses.

Meet Tracy N - SureCare Franchising

Operations Director Tracy Newcombe is ideally placed to support our branches having worked in the care sector for more than 20 years. She is responsible for our stage three franchisees – the most mature and experienced businesses.

Meet Josh - SureCare Franchising

Josh Farrer joined SureCare in 2015, bringing with him a wealth of experience in Sales and Marketing. As Franchise Recruitment Manager, Josh’s key focus is recruiting applicants with drive and determination to exceed customers expectations and build a successful SureCare Franchise business. Josh offers important advice and guidance to franchise applicants so that they can develop the knowledge and confidence to establish successful businesses.

Meet Carolyn - SureCare Franchising

Meanwhile, back at head office in Chester, Carolyn Griffiths is Gary’s PA while also acting as Office Manager. Carolyn ensures that everyone who visits HQ is looked after in true SureCare style.

Meet Andrea - SureCare Franchising

Andrea Hutson has worked for 20 years as an Accountant, primarily within the care sector. She joined SureCare in December 2013 to improve internal accounting systems and controls, to provide support and management information to non-finance Managers and to produce timely and accurate monthly accounts. Andrea has a small but effective team who efficiently work with her to achieve these goals.

With over a decade worth of experience in the care industry and following on from successfully opening the Chester Company owned branch of SureCare, Rachel Gallagher is well equipped to support our new Franchisees as they take their first steps.

Meet Jurgita – SureCare Franchising

Jurgita Baublyte brings over 10 years of experience in the Domiciliary care sector. Before joining the SureCare Head Office team in April 2017, Jurgita was responsible for managing one of the largest SureCare Franchise services. In her role as a Business Development Manager, Jurgita is supporting new and established franchisees.

Meet Stuart - SureCare Franchising

Stuart Spinks helped us to kick off 2017 when he joined SureCare as our Recruitment Business Manager. Stuart was formerly a healthcare registered manager and regional manager. Since joining SureCare, Stuart’s taken on the responsibility of supporting both our new and established franchisees further as Business Development Manager.

Meet Naomi - SureCare Franchising

Naomi Farrer joined the SureCare team in 2017, taking on the role of National Training Manager. Naomi is a recent graduate from the University of St Andrews who has spent the past year working for a pension software provider as an implementation consultant. Naomi organises and oversees our business technology support and training services, to help franchisees maintain exceptional levels of service and keep their businesses running smoothly with our preferred rostering software, StaffPlan.

Meet Tracy B - SureCare Franchising

Tracy Banks joined SureCare in 2006 and in that time has worked in a number of roles for the company, including having responsibility for the SureCare’s Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Currently, Tracy is the first point of contact for prospective franchisees dealing with their initial enquiries and ensuring they are supplied with all relevant information about SureCare and its franchising opportunities. In addition to this, Tracy is involved with the Finance Team as the Accounts Relationship Manager, ensuring timely payments of client invoices.

Meet Sue - SureCare Franchising

Sue Maggs joined SureCare in August 2013 and has an extensive background in finance and customer service having previously worked for HSBC for over 25 years and then, more recently in a Training / Quality Assurance role with a local finance company. Her role with SureCare is split between assisting within the Accounts department, helping branches and franchises with their branded stationery, uniforms and promotional materials and generally assisting with office administration.

Meet Stevie - SureCare Franchising

Stevie Shone is the Finance Assistant for SureCare, being in full control of the payroll processing for our five company owned branches. Stevie holds 10 years accounting and payroll experience from various industry types. Stevie has joined the company at an exciting time of growth and development and whilst the company grows she is looking forward to being a member of an experienced and committed team – embracing all future opportunities.

Meet Naz - SureCare Franchising

Naz Sen is the Onboarding Manager at SureCare, working with new prospects to help them make the journey from new franchise owner to an established and profitable branch. Naz has a long background in the care sector and has worked in a variety of different positions, training new business owners and care managers to run and develop successful care agencies.
