Introducing SureCare’s three latest franchisees

As SureCare continues to reach out to more communities across the country, we’re delighted to announce that three new franchisees have joined us to provide quality care services in their areas.

The addition of our latest franchisees helps SureCare to further realise our goal of bringing essential home care services to the right people wherever they are. By operating their own businesses, they’ll be able to manage their own care teams and provide assistance to clients and their families with a service that stands out from the competition.

Very soon these new franchise operators will be able to starting rolling out personal care packages to residents living in Central London, Bracknell and Chesterfield. Whilst they await registration with the national regulating body for care services, we shine the spotlight on SureCare’s latest additions and look forward to their future successes.

Meet our new franchisees

Each of our new franchise operators will have their own exclusive territory to focus on providing home care and other assistance services in a specific area. At SureCare Central London, franchise owner Namrata Patel will oversee a team of care workers and branch management staff.

Just a short way away, SureCare Bracknell & Farnborough will see another team operating in both towns and the surrounding areas. Looked after by Rania Khier, the business will reach out across the local community.

Finally, a bit further north, sisters Harjit and Soni Randhawa will lead the way at SureCare Chesterfield & Bolsover. With our unique services available in this area for the first time, more people will soon be able to benefit from the exceptional support this new care team can offer.

Our updated induction process

Just before becoming fully-fledged members of the SureCare team, each of our newest franchisees has had to complete our business induction course. Normally this is a week-long course carried out at our Head Offices in Chester. However, under the present circumstances, we’re now delivering certain parts of our training virtually.

Induction now takes place over two weeks through a combination of virtual and practical training. Our course mentors provide online training via video call whilst also delivering practical elements in a newly Covid-secure environment. This allows us to welcome franchisees to our Chester Head Offices, which have recently been transformed to facilitate for social distancing and improved hygiene at all times.

CQC registration

We’re excited to welcome our new additions to the SureCare family and we can’t wait to watch them progress in the months and years to come. In the coming weeks, SureCare’s support team will be working closely with these new business owners to assist them and ensure they successfully register with the Care Quality Commission.

CQC registration will finally allow them to provide regulated personal care services in homes throughout their territories. In the meantime, however, they will be able to give their new businesses a kick-start by offering unregulated services in their area. These include shopping services for housebound clients and assisting with domestic jobs in the home like laundry and gardening.
