Introducing Peter – SureCare welcomes new Business Development Manager

Following SureCare’s unprecedented growth in recent years, our network of franchisees has continued to expand vastly across the UK.

To assist our new and existing franchisees in setting up and maintaining their daily operations, SureCare has brought on board a new Business Development Manager.

Here we’d like to take the opportunity to introduce the newest addition to our head office team, Peter Caven.


With a wealth of knowledge and experience behind him, Peter will be a regular point of contact for many of our franchisees nationally. In this role, he’ll be responsible for helping new operators to set up their businesses, acquire premises and recruit teams of care workers in their local areas.

Before joining SureCare, Pete has worked within the recruitment sector since 2005, spending over 10 years specialising in the Healthcare sector. By sharing his expertise with our franchisees, he’ll be able to offer support in finding the right people best suited to the job.

His background in a variety of different senior positions – including Operations Manager and Client Relationship Manager – also demonstrates that Pete is a strong all-rounder. By bringing this wide-ranging experience to his new role as a BDM at SureCare, we’re certain that our franchise operators will be in good hands throughout every stage of their development.

When he’s not utilising his impressive skillset to assist our franchisees, Pete enjoys travelling and spending time with his partner and children. As a keen fan of Celtic FC, he even makes regular trips to watch and cheer on his favourite team!

We’re looking forward to seeing Pete bring that same level of enthusiasm to building strong relationships with our franchisees and the dedicated support he can provide them with. SureCare is proud to have Pete on board with our head office team, with a bright and successful future ahead.
